Archil Chechelashvili, MD
Dr. Chechelashvili has been in practice for 33 years (17 years in the US) and is board certified in psychiatry by the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology. Dr. Chechelashvili has received advanced training in Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS) through the University of Toronto and MagVenture Training University.
His start in the US was in Jackson, Mississippi where he was the sole psychiatrist at a county mental health clinic for children and had a roster of over 2000 patients. He has demonstrated excellent clinical and interpersonal skills during his work in Plattsburgh. He has expertise in treating essentially all psychiatric disorders in children and adults. He is fluent in English, Russian and Georgian. He has strong ties to the area.
Dino Santoro, MD
Dr. Santoro is Medical Director of North Country Behavioral Medicine. He has been in practice 16 years and is board certified in psychiatry by both the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology and the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Canada. Dr. Santoro has received advanced training in Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS) through Duke University Medical Center in Durham, NC, the Clinical TMS Society, and MagVenture Training University.
He is an Assistant Clinical Professor of Psychiatry at the University of Vermont and has lectured on multiple topics in psychiatry. He was previously medical director of the Department of Psychiatry at CVPH Medical Center and the Adult ADHD Clinic in Kitchener, Ontario.
